These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and delivery of services offered by VisualCore Studio, operated by Silvia Diletti, through the website visualcorestudio.org. By placing an order or requesting a service, the Client confirms that they are acting for business, professional, commercial, or organizational purposes and agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
VisualCore Studio provides digital and creative support services, including but not limited to website content support, visual design assistance, brand presentation, digital asset preparation, content formatting, administrative support, and related remote business services. The specifications, timing, and cost of each project or task are described on the relevant service page or agreed through a custom quote.
2. Client Responsibilities
To allow proper execution of the requested service, the Client agrees to:
- Provide clear, accurate, complete, and usable information, files, instructions, brand assets, access credentials, or materials required for the service.
- Confirm that they have the legal right to provide and use all materials, data, images, content, trademarks, brand assets, or documents submitted to VisualCore Studio.
- Respond in a timely manner to clarification requests. Delays in providing required materials, feedback, or approvals may result in proportional adjustments to delivery timelines.
3. Payments and Billing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services may require payment in advance before work begins. Payment terms, accepted payment methods, and any applicable billing details will be provided during checkout, invoice submission, or custom quote approval. The Client is responsible for providing accurate billing information and for paying any applicable taxes, fees, or charges related to the service.
4. Limitation of Liability
VisualCore Studio will perform each service with reasonable professional care, attention, and accuracy. However, the Client understands and agrees that:
- VisualCore Studio is not responsible for errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or legal issues contained in materials, files, instructions, or content provided by the Client.
- VisualCore Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, reputational damage, loss of data, or loss of opportunities arising from the use of our services.
- The maximum liability of VisualCore Studio for any claim related to a specific service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the individual service or task giving rise to the claim.
5. Confidentiality
VisualCore Studio treats Client information, project materials, files, business data, access details, and internal documents as confidential. Such information will be used only for the purpose of delivering the requested service. VisualCore Studio will not intentionally disclose confidential Client information to third parties unless required to complete the service, comply with legal obligations, or protect its legitimate business interests.
6. Service Refusal and Termination
VisualCore Studio reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel a service request if the Client requests unlawful activity, violates these Terms, fails to provide required information, submits infringing or inappropriate materials, or uses the service in a way that may harm third parties, VisualCore Studio, or applicable legal standards. Where applicable, refunds will be handled according to the relevant refund or cancellation policy.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws applicable to the business operations of VisualCore Studio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of our services shall be handled through the appropriate legal venue according to applicable law and the nature of the transaction.
