Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of the services provided by VisualCore Studio, including custom digital work, website support, content preparation, visual design assistance, and administrative support, refunds and cancellations are handled according to the conditions outlined below.

1. Digital and Custom Services

Most services offered by VisualCore Studio are custom, digital, and created according to the specific instructions, materials, and requirements provided by the Client. For this reason, once work has started or the service has been delivered, refunds are generally not available.

  • Completed services: Once a task, project, or service has been completed and delivered, the payment is non-refundable.
  • Work already started: If VisualCore Studio has already begun working on the requested service, cancellation may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Custom work: Services created specifically for the Client, including website updates, content formatting, design support, brand assets, digital files, or administrative tasks, are considered customized work and may not be refundable once production has started.

2. Quality Review and Revisions

While monetary refunds are generally not available for completed digital services, Client satisfaction remains important to us. If the delivered work contains material errors or does not reasonably match the agreed instructions, the Client may request a review.

  • The Client may request a free revision within 48 hours from the delivery of the completed task or project.
  • VisualCore Studio will review and correct eligible errors, omissions, or inconsistencies that are directly attributable to our work.
  • Revision requests must be related to the original scope of work. New tasks, additional content, design changes, or requests outside the original instructions may require a separate quote.

3. Partial or Full Refund Eligibility

A partial or full refund may be considered only in limited circumstances, including:

  • Technical or operational inability: If VisualCore Studio is unable to complete the requested service due to internal technical or operational reasons.
  • Cancellation before work begins: If the Client requests cancellation before any work has started, a refund may be approved.
  • Duplicate payment: If the Client is accidentally charged more than once for the same service, the duplicate payment may be refunded after verification.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

4. Refusal or Cancellation of a Service Request

VisualCore Studio reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel a service request if the submitted materials are incomplete, unreadable, inaccessible, inappropriate, unlawful, infringing, or inconsistent with our service standards. If a service is refused before work begins, any applicable refund will be handled according to this policy.

5. Client Materials and Delays

The Client is responsible for providing all required materials, files, access details, instructions, and approvals needed to complete the service. Delays caused by missing, unclear, or incomplete Client materials may affect delivery timelines and do not automatically qualify for a refund.
